Founder of Underline in 2001, Susan oversees the agency’s operations, client management, and business development. An architect by training and a manager with 25 years of experience, Susan is responsible for ensuring that clients and staff are happy, work continues to come in, and that we keep pushing the boundaries of new ideas.
As Creative Director, Luke leads the agency’s strategy, creative, and digital production teams. Before joining his firm Daigle Interactive with Underline in 2007, he was an early innovator in email and online marketing. Luke brings a passion for strategic clarity, quality design, and flawless execution to all of Underline’s work.
Joshua has almost 20 years of experience building digital experiences, from sophisticated email marketing to multi-user, scalable, data-driven web applications. Joshua is involved in all of Underline’s work, ensuring that client needs are met and that the creative team’s vision becomes reality.
Erik has nearly 20 years experience in the conceptualization and development of Customer Relationship Marketing programs. As Underline’s Strategy Director, Erik endeavors to turn clients’ marketing objectives into cohesive communications strategies that are both innovative and measurable.
Michelle has helped brands tell their stories for nearly two decades. From cross-channel marketing campaigns to product names. In print, digital, broadcast, video—even song. At Underline, Michelle writes and watchdogs content to ensure clarity, utility, meaning, and results.
Monika oversees all aspects of Underline’s day-to-day operations. She manages the agency’s finances, offices, and human resources. She takes care of everyone at Underline, making sure that everything is running smoothly.
